Mission Statement: It is the intent of the Building, Roads, Amenities & Maintenance Committee to enhance and maintain the buildings, roads and amenities of Locust Lake Village by making recommendations for the purpose of improving the roads, amenities and structures of Locust Lake Village, to the Board of Directors for approval. Also, to review all bids and give recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval.

Once a Project is approved, the Committee will work together with the Manager to see the Project is completed properly.

The Committee will provide Locust Lake Village Manager with Monthly Meeting Minutes in an effort to keep the entire Village updated with current projects and proposed projects for the purpose of posting same on Locust Lake Village web-site and Locust Lake Village Newspaper.
