Mission Statement:    To explore all possibilities for the enhancement of the village and it's assets, in order to continue to improve Locust Lake Village as one of the premier private communities in the area.

Purpose: 
1. To develop a 10 year plan to encourage and guide community growth and assist future Board of Directors with implementing the plan.

2. To develop 5 year Capital Improvement projects for presentation to the Board of Directors, excluding roads.

3. Provide assistance, upon request, for any short / long term planning needs.

4. Work with the finance committee to ensure proper funing, once approved by the Board of Directors.

5. Ensure that projects are started on their scheduled start date and satisfactorily completed.

6. To identify and develop an organizational plan.

7. Monitor and report external forces that could have an impact on Locust Lake Village
