Mission Statement: The mission of the Long Range Planning Committee is to focus on the future direction of LLVPOA, where it is, where it wants to be in the future and the steps it will take to reach its goals.

The Long Range Planning Committee will take a holistic view of our operations, our resources and our facilities and will identify and propose long term initiatives by working with members of our community, our committees and our work force. A recommendation to pursue an initiative will be made based on priority, its merit value to the village and our ability to adequately provide funding and/or resources
