Mission Statement:    The Locust Lake Village Property Owners Associations Finance Committee works to maintain fiscal security and balance with in and through out the community by reviewing the mechanisms that govern the acquisition and spending of monies. Included in the finance committee responsibilities are the operating budget, the coordination of funds with their budgets, the financial policy and procedure manual, reviewing reports from financial institutions that hold our monies, and reviewing any additional means or reasons monies are acquired or spent. It will be the responsibility of this committee to review the above documents and operations and report to the treasurer and the Board of Directors any recommended alterations or changes.
