Mission Statement: The Communications and Technology Committee provides guidance to the LLV Board of Directors and the manager to ensure timely and effective communication to all members of the Locust Lake Village. The committee encourages full utilization of all communication vehicles including the LLV newsletter, Butterflyer, recreation hotline, web site, bulk email, bulletin boards and signs at entrances of the village. This committee analyzes the effectiveness of current modes of communication and technology in the LLV Administration office and works to develop policies, protocols and best practices concerning
communications and technologies in LLV. When necessary, the committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for any changes, upgrades and improvements necessary to maximize, enhance and improve communication and technology in LLV.
